Blooms Benefit a great success

Thanks to everyone who made our Blooms Benefit a great success! It was a wonderful night of connections as people spanning 23+ years of Monsignor's time at St Rose School and parish gathered to show him love and appreciation for all he has done to help us Bloom. It was also a significant fundraiser for St. Rose School. Funds raised will help us bridge the tuition gap and ensure that this stellar academic, faith focused education continues for students in Preschool - 8th grade. We have a rich history and a bright future because of you!

As the field is prepared and the laps are anticipated, students will be seeking donations in support of their efforts. Sponsorships (e.g., Finish line, Start line, Water table, Super Fan) are also being sought to help us reach our $30,000 goal. Monies raised go to the Blooms Fund to help defray the many costs (salaries, operations, curriculum, enrichment programs, security updates) that are not covered by tuition alone. Every gift makes a big difference in the lives of students in Preschool - 8th grade. Thank you for helping them BLOOM!

The Club will soon begin the national Stock Market game which is a competitive, exceptional learning experience. Exceptional enrichment programs add a dynamic dimension to the stellar academic curriculum making this a well-rounded, impactful education for students in Preschool-8th grade.

When lessons become tangible, young minds open to a world of possibilities and creations. That's what happens every week when grades K-8 visit the Innovation Lab. Third graders learned about the science and symmetry behind spider webs and weaved their own spider webs with dowels and yarn for an entangling STEM activity!

The dynamic, creative, educational Art curriculum at St. Rose School has added yet another sensational dimension now offering pottery making to Middle Schoolers. Through a grant from Foundations in Education, the ever innovative, enthusiastic Art teacher attended classes to learn about using the kiln which she has brought back to life and is using to engage students in this exciting medium. Pieces will be displayed at the Spring Art Show
