FLU CLINIC Monday, October 22, 3-5 PM at St. Rose School

We are blessed to have the experience and guidance of a full time school nurse at St. Rose School.  Bonnie Nezvesky, RN is on site from the time children arrive at school until the time they leave. Her presence helps advance the well-being, academic success, and life-long health of students. To that end, Nurse Bonnie facilitate positive student responses to normal development; promote health and safety; intervene with actual and potential health problems; provide case management services; and actively collaborate with others to build student and family capacity for adaptation, self-management, self-advocacy and learning.

Parents need to ensure that their child's annual physical is up to date and all health information forms are submitted to the Health Office.   Nurse Bonnie has compiled a library of key forms, documents and articles that can help you manage your child's health.  In many cases, education and prevention are the best defense.
