The mission of St. Rose School is to be the Hands & Heart of Christ to others. Our patroness, St. Rose of Lima, dedicated her life to serving the poor and in that spirit our students engage in a variety of service outreaches during their years at St. Rose School.

In 2016 we launched Hands & Hearts in the Community, the purpose of which is to recognize a member of the greater community who exhibits faithful service and is a positive role model for our students. Once chosen the honoree visits school and speaks to the students about his/her commitment to service.  In the Spring the school holds a Benefit dinner to recognize this individual with a special presentation and award. All funds raised at the dinner are directed toward Tuition Assistance for St. Rose School students as well as any other important needs of the school community.

Hands & Hearts Honorees to date:

2016 -- Monsignor Robert E. Weiss

2017 -- Mrs. Patricia Llodra

2018 -- Mr. Todd Ingersoll

Each of these people have made and continue to make a significant impact on our school and greater community. Stay tuned for an announcement about this year's Hands & Hearts honoree as well as details about the benefit dinner.

Thank you for your support of St. Rose School!
