Greetings Time is really flying by at the preschool, we can’t believe it is already February! This is a short but very fun and productive month. We begin our month celebrating Catholic Schools Week and participate in a variety of activities. We have a pajama day with a movie and the children think this is hysterical! Who gets to come to school in their pajamas? The children are also treated to a special cupcake snack! February is also Dental Health Month and we are fortunate that one of our area dentists is coming to the preschool. Dr. Teeking of Newtown will arrive on the 3rd and present a simple program detailing good oral health for our children. The children love it because they all are treated to a goody bag! One of the most favorite holidays for a preschooler is Valentine’s Day. Each child will be given the opportunity to bring in a valentine for each child in his/her class and present them at our party. This is scheduled for Monday, February 13th. Details to follow! This month we will learn our v and h letters. We will also review our addresses and continue with our numbers unit. The children have really blossomed since the new year and they never cease to amaze us! We thank you for entrusting your children to us.
